Jo Mitchell (BCouns) completed a Bachelor of Counselling at Griffith University. She also holds professional registrations with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).

Jo has extensive experience working with couples. Whether it’s resolving conflict, improving communication, strengthening bonds or rediscovering intimacy, Jo provides therapeutic guidance to couples wishing to redefine their relationship.

Offering compassionate, one-on-one individual therapy, Jo’s collaborative approach empowers clients to navigate difficult experiences and situations. Taking a person-centred approach, she provides a safe space to share, process and create positive change.
